1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cashify.ae website (the "Platform"), operated by Cashify Phones Trading FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and a subsidiary of Cashify. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About Us
Cashify Phones Trading FZCO is preparing to bring certified refurbished electronics to the UAE, backed by the refurbishment engineering and re-commerce experience of the Cashify group.
3. Pre-Launch Status
- Product listings, condition grades and prices shown on the Platform are indicative previews of our planned launch catalogue and may change without notice.
- Statements about warranties, replacement guarantees and delivery describe our intended offering at launch and become binding only when commercial operations begin and these Terms are updated accordingly.
4. Early-Access List
Joining the early-access list is free and creates no obligation on you or us. We will use your contact details to notify you about our launch in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@cashify.ae.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping or copying content at scale, interfering with the Platform's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content — including logos, text, graphics and software — are owned by or licensed to Cashify Phones Trading FZCO and its group companies. Third-party brand names (such as Apple, Samsung and OnePlus) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify products; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" for general information during our pre-launch phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of its content and accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable UAE law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time — including a substantial revision when we launch commercial operations, covering orders, pricing, payments, delivery, warranty and returns. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
