Cashify Phones Trading FZCO ("cashify.ae", "we", "us") is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and a subsidiary of Cashify, India's largest re-commerce platform. We operate the cashify.ae website (the "Platform").
2. What This Notice Covers
This notice describes how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit the Platform, join our early-access list, or communicate with us by email or other channels.
3. Data We Collect
Data you give us directly
- Name and contact details, including email address
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email
- Early-access and marketing preferences
Data collected automatically
- Usage logs, IP addresses, browser types and device information collected when you use the Platform
4. How We Use Personal Data
We process personal data where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests, where the law requires it, or where you have given consent. We use it to:
- Respond to your enquiries and support requests
- Notify you about our launch and early-access offers, where you have opted in
- Administer, secure and improve the Platform
- Comply with legal obligations in the UAE
5. Sharing of Information
We may share personal data with our group companies (including Cashify entities in India), contracted service providers who help us operate the Platform, and acquiring entities in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Transfers
Some processing may take place outside the UAE — for example, by our group companies or service providers in India. Where data leaves the UAE, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice — including responding to enquiries, operating the early-access list, and meeting legal or record-keeping requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPL and other applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from launch updates)

9. Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), restricted access, and safeguards aligned with the security practices of the Cashify group, which follows ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 standards.
10. Minors
The Platform is not directed at children. Users under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time — including when we launch commercial operations in the UAE, at which point it will be expanded to cover orders, payments and deliveries. It was last updated on August 7, 2026.
